Following the right path: In the book of Exodus 23:2 says: Thou shalt not follow

a multitude to do evil; neither shalt thou speak in a cause to decline after many wrest judgement.

Discussion: From the Bible verse above, it is clear that in all we do we should distinguish ourselves from evil people. That does not mean we should hate them, we should love them. This is because the Bible also advises us to love our enemies and pray for them to change. The Bible also made it clear in 1 Corinthians 15:33; that evil communication corrupt good manners. The question here is, who are your friends? Do you seat among the seat of the scornful? Do you mock and judge people?

Note the Bible also says; guide your heart with all diligence for out of it proceeds the issues of life. What am trying to point out here is that, the communication you keep go also a long way in affecting what goes into your heart.

Another action point here is:* do you have a friend that have wronged you and you find it difficult to forgive? Listen to what God's words says corcerning this: In Ephesians 4:32 ;'' And be ye kind one to another, tender hearted forgiving one another, even as God for Christ's sake hath forgiven you.''

No matter what offense you hold against your friend let go and by doing so, God will greatly manifest himself to you.

In John 15:13; ''Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends''.

The above scripture might amaze you!!! Jesus Christ lay down His life for us all that we might be save. Jesus Christ is a true example of what true friendship is all about. Therefore, it is our call to follow his footsteps. We should not get ourselves in corrupt friendship. God wants us to flee from evil communication.

Another question here is ''how can I flee from evil communication?

With the power of the Holy Spirit in you, you can avoid such evil communication. That might bring out another striking question here** . How can I receive the Holy Spirit?

First, you must confess and repent from your sins by praying in the name of Jesus Christ to forgive you. Once you do this the Holy Spirit comes and dwell in you

Secondly, for you to bring out the manifestation of the Holy Spirit in you, you have to ask for a fresh baptism of the Holy Spirit. When you ask in Jesus name, you will receive power to be a child of God and the Holy Spirit will manifest himself nightly through you. With this you are set out for exploits.
